Salary in caser of experience: 100,000 – 120,000 PKR

Education: M.Sc in Biological / MBBS

Job description:

• Prepare and implement EHW Program at the site as per regional guidelines.
• Conduct periodic Medical Surveillance in coordination with IH SME and review reports for recommendations.
• Investigate suspected occupational illness cases and provide timely information for diagnosis and reporting in coordination with IH SME.
• Ensure the effectiveness of the acoustic health surveillance program at site and take measures to keep the Hearing conservation program viable.
• Ensure that Food Safety & Hygiene standards are implemented in Canteen.
• Ensure timely provision of First Aid & Medical Treatment to patient as per need.
• Provide support to Social Security team during their visit at site.
• Scrutinize medical Insurance Claims related as per insurance policy requirements.
• Ensure availability of Medicine Inventory and life-saving drugs at site.
• Develop training plan and impart training on First Aid, CPR, Hygiene and other related training.
• Conduct trainings and awareness sessions related to employees’ health to comply with Global employee health policies & standards.
• Ensure review of Absenteeism data and analyses for any common health related issues.
• Provide support to Canteen Committee for improvement of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Comply and ensure compliance to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality and other related policies, guidelines and requirements as applicable by law and Corporate Guidelines.
• Comply and ensure compliance to Environment, Health and Safety policies, guidelines and requirements as applicable by law and Corporate Guidelines.
• Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
