Manager Finance & Administration job is available in Karachi with one of the leading Auto part manufacturing Company. Candidates having M.Com/ B.Com/ Graduation degree in commerce with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in managing accounts and finance functions are encouraged to apply.

Manager Finance & Administration job role is to achieve efficiency in the short, medium and long term of all financial activities of the company including accounting, budgetary control, cash flow, credit and collection, MIS, financing, banking operations, taxation and audit.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Managing finance staff to ensure that procedures in place for handling finances and accounting are followed.
  • Oversee all financial reporting and cash flows, interpreting any variances and reporting to the management.
  • Create procedures for budget preparation, help departments develop budgets and investigate actual costs / expenses incurred compared to the budget.
  • Complete bookkeeping and maintaining of records for accounts payable and receivable for suppliers and customers respectively.
  • Check bills and make payments to suppliers.
  • Prepare invoices for customers, resolve any customer issues regarding invoices or billing.
  • Handle all imports of stores and spares through clearing agent including computation of duties & taxes at import stage.
  • Review and physically reconcile monthly stock reports for stores & spares.
  • Review and physically reconcile monthly stock reports for raw material, WIP and finished goods on factory floor.
  • Taxation - monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annually and any show-cause notices related to income tax or sales tax that are received during the year, Monthly sales tax return, Quarterly advance income tax return, Half-yearly withholding tax exemption, Annual income tax return, Income tax refunds
  • Annual return filing with SECP.
  • Prepare required financial data for quarterly BOD meetings to review the performance of the company.
  • Assist external auditors in annual audit exercises and share all the required information within the stipulated timelines.
  • Dealing with all external parties and government agencies/departments with regard to annual inspections.
