The profile we are looking for is a Customer minded colleague, with a strong background in solution delivery, support, and operations. As a part of our Operation & Support Team, you will play a key role in managing the delivery of services on our “live” customer network, broadcast platform and/or IS/IT infrastructure, manage external (Customer) & Internal Stake holders.

As DBA Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of DB, 100% uptime and ensuring satisfaction of internal / external stake holders.

DBA MFS Lead position will be reporting to NOC Manager Pakistan and functionally belong to one of the MFS program in MMEA region.

Track DB Health and take/recommend corrective actions.

Lead team to establish Proactive Maintenance and will ensure optimal Performance of DB.

Lead the team to troubleshoot DB and provide solution to the issues raised by customer within defined SLA.

Overall experience in operation in an IT environment. 6+ Years.

At least 6+ years of experience as Oracle DBA.

Certified Oracle OCA is a must.

Experience in Oracle RAC and Data Guard.
