Looking for an HR Assistant.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Establish KPIs.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with office management software like MS Office & Accounting Knowledge (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
