Looking for an HR Assistant.

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Establish KPIs.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office & Accounting Knowledge (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
