Ability Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled Executive Secretary to CEO for its client. The following responsibilities will be undertaken by the candidate:

  • Provide effective secretarial & administrative support.
  • Coordination with all the management groups.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and extremely hard working and serves as a model to encourage

other staff members to demonstrate the same high standard of professionalism.

  • Handling routine correspondence, Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax

messages.

  • Hotel bookings, visit programs and reimbursements.
  • Perform general office duties such as maintaining records management systems, and

performing basis bookkeeping tasks.

  • Mail handling, meeting arrangements, and maintaining follow-up.
  • General administration, correspondence, follow up and inter departmental coordination.
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their

significance and plan their distribution.

  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
  • Have strong communication and organizational skills and flair to anticipate and handle

difficult situations all the time.

  • Have professional demeanor and appearance as these qualities are of the utmost

importance in dealing with clients as well as co-workers

  • Direct the General Public/ Growers to the appropriate staff member.
  • Respond to public inquiries.
  • Evaluate and improvise the current Management Practices to keep with time and external

benchmarks

  • Communicate with employees and heads for better alignment
  • Ensure Statutory Compliant status at all times
  • Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
  • Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet

and word processing programs at a highly proficient level.
