  • Reports to Front Office Manager/Assistant Front Office Manager.
  • The Duty Manager provides day to day supervision, direction and leadership to all Front Office personnel’s under the guidance of the Front Office Manager or Asst. FOM in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by the Hotel. Duty Managers are also expected to assist the Front Office personnel’s where necessary.
  • Room’s situation in the hotel
  • Staff on duty
  • Reports and log book entries from the last shift.
  • Correspondence regarding current shift.
  • List of arriving and departing of the day.
  • Group arriving and departing of the day.
  • Read log books for actions and follow ups.
  • Notify operator of your presence for paging.
  • Identify if any guest is patient and send flowers.
  • Checks on the general appearance of the Front Office Staff.
  • Maintain friendly and courteous relationship with all hotel guests to ensure a comfortable stay.
  • Work Closely with Reservation Manager, Credit Manager, Guest Relations Manager, Housekeeper and front desk GSO’S for better results.
  • Check and closely monitor the check in and check out procedure to ensure the smooth operation.
  • Attend all guest complaints immediately and intimate corrective measures and ensure guest satisfaction.
